Terms And Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the participation in any programs, services, or events organized by Dale Futbol Club LLC (“Dale FC”), including but not limited to pick-up games, youth soccer leagues, training sessions, summer camps, clinics, personal training, and facility rentals.

By registering for or participating in any Dale FC activity, you (“Participant,” or “Parent/Guardian” if Participant is a minor) agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Youth Programs are open to children within the defined age brackets for each league or clinic.
1.2 Adult Programs (e.g., pick-up soccer) are for individuals 18 years or older.
1.3 By submitting a registration form, you certify that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate.
1.4 Registration is not complete until full payment and a signed waiver are received by Dale FC.

2. Fees and Payment Terms

2.1 All program fees must be paid in full prior to the participant’s first session.
2.2 Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or unless Dale FC cancels the program.
2.3 Partial refunds or credits may be granted only in cases of extended injury or medical emergencies, supported by documentation and approved at Dale FC’s discretion.
2.4 Missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or behavioral suspensions will not be refunded or credited.

3. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

3.1 Participation in sports and physical activity carries inherent risks of injury, illness, or death.
3.2 You understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in Dale FC activities.
3.3 In consideration of being allowed to participate, you waive and release Dale FC, its owners, employees, coaches, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, and facility providers from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
3.4 A separate Liability Waiver & Release Form must be signed prior to participation. Failure to sign this document will result in denied entry without refund.

4. Medical Authorization

4.1 In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize Dale FC staff to administer or secure medical treatment for you or your child.
4.2 You accept full financial responsibility for any resulting medical costs or emergency transportation.

5. Conduct and Disciplinary Policy

5.1 All participants, parents, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and adhere to a code of conduct promoting sportsmanship, safety, and positivity.
5.2 Dale FC reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant or guardian from an event or program for:

  • Unsportsmanlike conduct

  • Verbal or physical abuse

  • Disruptive behavior

  • Refusal to follow instructions

  • Endangering others
    5.3 Suspensions or removals for conduct violations are not eligible for refunds.

6. Weather, Attendance, and Scheduling

6.1 Dale FC may cancel or reschedule sessions due to severe weather, facility issues, or other unforeseen events.
6.2 Make-up sessions may be offered where possible but are not guaranteed.
6.3 Participants are expected to arrive on time and notify staff of expected absences in advance. Repeated unexcused absences may result in removal from the program.

7. Photo and Video Release

7.1 By participating in Dale FC activities, you grant permission for Dale FC to use photographs, video recordings, or other media of participants for promotional or educational purposes in print, online, or broadcast channels.
7.2 If you wish to opt-out of this release, a written request must be submitted via email to info@dalefc.com prior to the start of the program.

8. Facility Usage and Safety Rules

8.1 No cleats, gum, glass bottles, or food are allowed on the turf or in designated play areas.
8.2 All players must wear appropriate athletic clothing and indoor soccer shoes or turf shoes.
8.3 Parents/guardians must supervise their children when not actively participating in a session.
8.4 Any damages to property or equipment due to negligence or misconduct will be the responsibility of the participant or parent/guardian

9. Privacy and Data Collection

9.1 Dale FC collects personal data only for registration, communication, and internal operational purposes.
9.2 We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party marketers.
9.3 Payment information is processed securely through Stripe or other PCI-compliant platforms.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

10.1 Dale FC does not provide refunds once a program has started.
10.2 Cancellation prior to the start of a program may be eligible for a refund, less a processing fee, depending on the notice provided.
10.3 Refunds for weather cancellations or scheduling conflicts are not guaranteed and may be credited toward future programs at Dale FC’s discretion.

11. Modifications and Updates

11.1 Dale FC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
11.2 The latest version will be posted on our website and will govern all program participation going forward. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
